About

"You don't have to reinvent yourself in this season. Sometimes you simply need space to reconnect with the woman who has been there all along."
I'm Cindy, and Anchored & Aligned Living grew out of a season when almost everything familiar in my life had changed.
After decades of raising a family, caring for others, losing my husband, and eventually retiring, I found myself asking a question I think many women reach at some point:
Who am I now?
I was grateful for my life, but I also felt scattered, tired, and unsure of what this next chapter was supposed to look like. I didn't need another complicated plan. I needed simple ways to feel steadier, clearer, more energized, and connected to what mattered most.
That journey led me to explore whole-body wellness, frequency-based wellness, simple daily rhythms, creativity, and a deeper dependence on my faith.
Today, Anchored & Aligned Living is where I share what I'm learning along the way, with the hope that it helps another woman feel a little less overwhelmed and a little more like herself again.
No perfect routines or impossible expectations. Just practical ideas that can fit into an ordinary day.
I believe small changes are often the ones we actually stick with. We start with what feels manageable and build from there.
Mind, body, soul, faith, creativity, energy, and purpose all matter. They are connected, and caring for ourselves can include all of them.
I've worn a lot of hats over the years: daughter, wife, mom, grandmother, caregiver, HR professional, widow, retiree, and friend.
For a long time, much of my identity came from taking care of people I loved and handling what needed to be done.
Then life changed.
When some of those familiar roles disappeared or shifted, I realized I needed to figure out how to care for myself in this new season too.
I began paying closer attention to the things that helped me feel better physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Along the way, I discovered:
Simple routines can create more calm than complicated systems.
Supporting my energy changes how I experience the rest of my day.
Getting mental clutter out of my head makes room for what matters.
Creativity can be a wonderful form of rest and reflection.
Faith isn't another item on my to-do list. It is what keeps me anchored.
This season of life still holds purpose, growth, joy, and possibility.

I don't have everything figured out, and I don't believe we need to.
I'm simply a woman walking through this season too, sharing the tools,
resources, products, encouragement, and lessons that have helped me
along the way.
Anchored in what matters. Open to what's next
This season is not about trying to become who I used to be. It is about living with intention, staying open to growth, caring for my mind, body, and soul, and trusting God with what comes next. My hope is that Anchored & Aligned Living becomes a place where women feel encouraged to do the same, one simple step at a time.
